The present invention discloses an [alpha]-synuclein detection film, a manufacturing method and a use thereof. The [alpha]-synuclein detection film comprises a basement and plural polymers for detecting [alpha]-synuclein. Each of the plural polymers for detecting [alpha]-synuclein comprises plural [alpha]-synuclein detecting micro-holes on a surface thereof. The plural polymers for detecting [alpha]-synuclein are prepared by an electropolymerization method, and the plural [alpha]-synuclein detecting micro-holes are prepared by imprinting plural [alpha]-synuclein peptides on the surface of each of the plural polymers. Therefore, the [alpha]-synuclein detection film is reacted to a sample for detecting [alpha]-synuclein therein. |
