titleOfInvention | Toc removal device and toc removal method |
abstract | An object of the invention is to provide a device and a method for efficiently removing TOC from untreated water. The invention uses a TOC removal device comprising a first electrodeionization device to which a water to be treated is supplied, an ultraviolet oxidation device to which the treated water that has been treated by the first electrodeionization device is supplied, and a second electrodeionization device to which the treated water that has been treated by the ultraviolet oxidation device is supplied. The invention also uses a TOC removal method comprising (a) a step of supplying a water to be treated to the first electrodeionization device for treatment, (b) a step of supplying the treated water that has been treated by the first electrodeionization device to the ultraviolet oxidation device for treatment, and (c) a step of supplying the treated water that has been treated by the ultraviolet oxidation device to the second electrodeionization device for treatment. |
