abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a polymer sheet having excellent dispersibility, low relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent, and excellent heat resistance, which can be easily formed into a liquid crystal polymer, and which can be used as an adhesive for flexible printed wiring boards. Adhesive composition with excellent circuit embedment and peel strength. A means for solving this problem is an adhesive composition comprising an amorphous polyester resin (A) and a liquid crystal polymer (B), and the average particle size (D50) of the liquid crystal polymer (B) is less than 40 μm, and relative to the liquid crystal polymer (B). Content of 100 mass parts of amorphous polyester resin (A) and liquid crystal polymer (B) is 10 mass parts or more and 150 mass parts or less. |
