titleOfInvention | Microspherulite composition composed of orchid germ extract, and its manufacturing method and use for cell detoxification, energy activation, and aging resistance |
abstract | A microspherulite composition composed of orchid germ extract includes a carrier formed in a shell, and an orchid germ extract embedded or enclosed in the shell. The orchid germ extract is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: taking germ tissues from growth point of an orchid's apical bud or an orchid's lateral bud; removing an outer membrane of the germ tissues; grinding the germ tissues to powders in a low temperature condition; soaking the powders in water or ethanol to obtain a mixture; shaking the mixture in an ultrasonic shaker with total power of 300-600 W in a low temperature condition; centrifuging the mixture to obtain a supernatant; and removing a solvent of the supernatant. The present composition can avoid the extract spoiling so that stable effects can be provided. Additionally, the composition has the properties of cell detoxification, energy activation, glycation resistance, and aging resistance. |
