titleOfInvention | Bioaerosol detection apparatus |
abstract | A bioaerosol detection device comprises a collection module, a detection module, and a power supply; the collection module comprises an oil-water container which contains oil film and Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), an exhaust fan, an arc-shaped tapered air channel, a small pump, and a peristaltic pump. The air inlet of the exhaust fan is provided with a filter cover to filter the inhaled air preliminarily, and the impact force induced by the air channel is used to drive the bioaerosol in the air into the oil film of the oil-water container, so that the bioaerosol is adsorbed on the surface of the oil film. The pressure wind is blown against the surface of the oil film through a small pump at regular intervals to invert the oil film. During the inversion process, the measured bioaerosol will be inverted under the oil film and enter the PBS. The detection module comprises a sensing chip, a signal processing module, a microcontroller and a wireless communication module, or a display device. At least one specific aptamer or antibody is immobilized on the sensing chip to specifically detect the specific bioaerosol entering the PBS. The target analyte entering the PBS, through the design of the circulation flow path and the drive of the peristaltic pump, allows the PBS and the target analyte under the oil film to circulate through the sensing chip, so that the target analyte can effectively contact the specific aptamer or antibodies, to achieve a high rate of capture and detection. The bioaerosol includes viruses, bacteria, fungi, pollen, etc. |
