In the method, a steel material including specific compositions is subjected to specific manufacture process to refine the grain, so that a low carbon steel sheet is obtained. The resulted low carbon steel sheet has low yield strength, high elongation rate and low aging property, so that various components can be formed from the low carbon steel sheet by stamping molding.
