A T cell receptor that recognizes HPV |
abstract |
The present invention provides a T cell receptor (TCR) that can specifically bind to the short-chain peptide YMLDLQPET derived from the HPV16 E7 antigen. The short-chain antigen peptide YMLDLQPET can form a complex with HLA A0201 and be presented to the cell together surface. The present invention also provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the TCR and a vector containing the nucleic acid molecule. In addition, the present invention also provides cells that transduce the TCR of the present invention. |
