titleOfInvention |
A T cell receptor for identifying short-chain peptides of AFP antigen and its coding sequence |
abstract |
The present invention provides a T cell receptor (TCR) capable of specifically binding to the short-chain peptide TSSELMAITR derived from the AFP antigen. The short-chain antigen peptide TSSELMAITR can form a complex with HLA A1101 and be presented to the cell surface together . The present invention also provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the TCR and a vector containing the nucleic acid molecule. In addition, the present invention also provides cells that transduce the TCR of the present invention. |
