abstract The fluorene derivative of the present disclosure is represented by the following formula (1). [In the formula, R1 represents a substituent, k represents an integer from 0 to 8, R<SP>2a</SP>, R<SP>2b</SP>, R<SP>2c</SP> and R<SP>2d</SP> each independently represent hydrogen atoms or substituents, respectively, R<SP>3a</SP> and R<SP>3b</SP> each independently represent hydrogen atoms or substituents, respectively, X<SP>1a</SP> and X<SP>1b</SP> each independently represent a group represented by the following formula (X1), (In the formula, R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen atoms or aliphatic hydrocarbon groups (except when both R4 and R5 are hydrogen atoms), or R4 and R5 represent a heterocycle in which R4 and R5 combine with each other to form with adjacent nitrogen atoms)]. The present disclosure provides a novel fluorene derivative useful as additives for improving the properties of resins, a manufacturing method and a use thereof.
