titleOfInvention Fungal triterpenoid glucoside compound and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a fungal triterpenoid glucoside compound and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of (a) mixing a recombinant glycosyltransferase BsGT110, BsGT398 or BsGT489 derived from Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 with a fungal triterpenoid compound to form a mixture; and (b) catalyzing a glycosylation of the mixture at pH 5-6 at a temperature of 30-40 DEG C for 30-60 minutes so as to obtain the fungal triterpenoid glucoside compound. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the yield of a particular fungal triterpenoid glucoside compound.
