titleOfInvention Organic electroluminescent device
abstract The present invention provides an organic EL device provided with a capping layer composed of materials having no absorption in blue, green and red wavelength regions. The material absorbs sunlight with a wavelength of 400 nm to 410 nm, not to affect the material inside the element, and to improve the efficiency of light extraction, with high extinction coefficient of light of wavelengths from 400 nm to 410 nm, high refractive index, good thin film stability, excellent durability and light resistance. Since the arylamine-based material having a specific structure in the present invention is excellent in the stability and durability of the thin film, an amine compound having a specific benzoazole ring structure having a high refractive index and high absorbance at a wavelength of 400 nm to 410 nm in an absorption spectrum at a concentration of 10<SP>-5</SP> mol/L was selected as a material and used as a material for forming a capping layer. The organic EL element exhibits good element characteristics.
