The melting point of the polyimide and the glass transition temperature of polyimide + 40°C or less are heated to form a layer containing tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer; in addition, the manufacturing method of the multilayer film of the present invention is based on the polyimide film The surface of the layer is arranged with a liquid composition containing powder of a thermally fusible tetrafluoroethylene polymer and a thermally decomposable polymer, and heated to form a layer containing the tetrafluoroethylene polymer. |
