abstract | The invention provides an extraction method of kojic acid. Upon preparing certain amount of fermented meal, those fermented meal must be smashed to be muddy; and then, to filter the impurities of those muddy fermentation material by the process of centrifugation. The finally step is of freeze drying on the meal after centrifugation. This process can effectively raise the concentration of kojic acid up four times than usual. And, the cost of extraction is lower than expectation. |
