abstract The present invention discloses an adhesive-covered substrate including an adhesive with polar medium and a substrate. Among this, at least one of the polar medium and the adhesive can be heated and liquefied via an activated means, so as to a substrate surface of the substrate is adhered to a colloidal surface of the adhesive. Similarly, the substrate surface can be separated from the colloidal surface in response to the activated means. Thereby, the adhesive can be repeatedly adhered to or separated from the substrate.
