The disclosure provides neurokinin-1 antagonists. Specifically, the present disclosure provides a compound represented by Formula II or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a preparation method thereof. The compound represented by formula II in the present disclosure is an antagonist of neurokinin-1 receptor, which can be used in the treatment of diseases related to this receptor, which can avoid the hemolytic effect of the drug and reduce the side effects when the drug is administered. |
