abstract | An micro light emitting diode optical inspection and repairing equipment adopting a adhesion device is provided. The micro light emitting diode optical inspection and repairing equipment includes a carrying base, an optical inspection module and at least one adhesion device. The optical inspection module is arranged corresponding to the carrying base so as to capture an image information and obtain a position coordinate through the image information. The adhesion device includes a main body portion and an adhesion portion. The adhesion portion is connected to the main body portion. The adhesion device is moved to a target position of the carrying base according to the position coordinate. The main body portion is adapted to drive the adhesion portion to move to the target position along a moving axis. An optical inspection and repairing method adopting the micro light emitting diode optical inspection and repairing equipment is also provided. |
