abstract | The present invention provides a method for preparing a black soybean fermentation extract, which comprises the following steps: step (a): providing a culture medium obtained by sterilizing black soybeans; step (b): inoculating a Coprinus comatus in the culture medium for solid-state fermentation Step (c): drying the fermented product after fermentation to obtain a fermented black soybean; and step (d): extracting the fermented black soybean with an extract to obtain the fermented black soybean extract. The fermented black soybean extract prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has the effect of inhibiting angiotensin converting enzyme, so it can be applied to the preparation of medicines for lowering blood pressure and provide new medical methods for patients with hypertension. |
