The subject of the present invention is to provide a sheet having low water absorption and linear thermal expansion coefficient, excellent transparency, and excellent dimensional stability under high humidity. The sheet of the present invention is a sheet prepared by blending fine fibrous cellulose with a fiber width of 1,000 nm or less, a resin derived from at least one selected from water-based resin emulsions and water-based resin dispersions, and a wet paper strength enhancer.
