titleOfInvention Tin oxide nanosheet and method for manufacturing the same
abstract A method for manufacturing a tin oxide nanosheet is used for manufacturing the atomically thin tin oxide nanosheet. The method includes mixing anhydrous tin chloride and acetone to form a reaction solution. A non-hydrolytic sol-gel reaction is carried out at ambient temperature in the reaction solution until the reaction solution turns blood red. The reaction solution with a color of blood red is then dried to form viscous slurry. The viscous slurry is dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution including the tin oxide nanosheet.
