abstract The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a split influenza HA vaccine, which produces antibodies that bind to the stem region of influenza HA that is not prone to cause antigenic variation. Apply acid treatment to influenza HA split vaccine. The influenza HA split vaccine obtained by acid treatment produces antibodies that bind to LAH in the HA stem region. The influenza HA split vaccine has excellent defense capabilities against other influenza virus infections with different antigenic properties.
