titleOfInvention | Method of manufacturing fibroin peptide solution |
abstract | A method of manufacturing fibroin peptide includes steps. Hydrolysis: mix a fibroin material, an ionic liquid acid, and a methanol solution at a weight ratio of 1:0.1-0.5:3-10 and heat it for 0.5-2 hours at 60-90 degrees Celsius. The fibroin material is made of dried silk. The ionic liquid acid is prepared by reaction of organonitrogen compound having sultone with sulfuric acid at a mole ratio of 1.0-2.5. The methanol solution is composed of methanol and water at a weight ratio of 1:1-5. Precipitation and filtering: remove the insoluble by filter, add 3-5 times volume of organic solvent into the filtrate, centrifuge for 15-30 mins at 10000 rpms or more, and dry the precipitate with nitrogen to acquire a hydrolyzed fibroin peptide. Preparing fibroin peptide solution: mix water, the hydrolyzed fibroin peptide, and chitosan at weight ratio of 1:0.1-0.14:0.0002-0.02 under pasteurization for 30 mins to acquire a fibroin peptide solution. |
