The present invention aims to provide a method for simply improving the transdermal absorbability of water-soluble hydrochloride without forming a prodrug by organic synthesis.nThe present invention relates to: a composition comprising a water-soluble hydrochloride and a fat-soluble compound having an aldehyde group; a transdermal absorption composition comprising the aforementioned composition, a transdermal absorption control agent and a fat-soluble medium; and A method for controlling the release of the aforementioned water-soluble hydrochloride from the aforementioned composition in the skin. |
