titleOfInvention Method for removing chlorine-containing salt from industrial wastewater and apparatus thereof
abstract A method for removing chlorine salts in industrial wastewater and an apparatus thereof is provided, and the method includes the following steps of: (a) providing industrial wastewater containing chloride ions, wherein the industrial wastewater has a calcium hardness less than 25 mg CaCO3/L; (b) inflowing the industrial wastewater into a bipolar membrane electrodialysis device, wherein the bipolar membrane electrodialysis device has an acid chamber, an alkali chamber and a salt chamber, the industrial wastewater is introduced into the salt chamber, such that the chloride ions containing in the industrial wastewater permeate into the acid chamber to form an acid solution, and the metal cations containing in the industrial wastewater permeate into the alkali chamber to form an alkali solution, so the industrial wastewater is treated by the bipolar membrane electrodialysis device to obtain a desalinated water; and (c) applying a membrane cleaning procedure, inflowing the alkali solution, the desalinated water, and the acid solution into the salt chamber to recovery a film of the salt chamber.
