Prepare rice bran distillers' grains: saccharify saccharification mixture at temperature in the range of 22 DEG C to 30 DEG C, add bicarbonate hot spring water to the saccharification mixture after the saccharification mixture generating alcohol to obtain a fermentation mixture, and filter the fermentation mixture out of rice bran distillers' grains and rice bran wine. Prepare a first culture fluid: mix rice bran and bicarbonate hot spring water at a weight ratio of 3-10:90-97, and sterilizing it to form a first culture fluid. Prepare first fermentation fluid. And Prepare second fermentation fluid. |
