The present disclosure relates to a variant of human interleukin-10 and nderivatives thereof. In particular, the present disclosure relates to human interleukin 10 having one or more amino acid mutations and the PEGylated derivative thereof, which increases the stability of the protein and/or increases the cell proliferative activity of human interleukin-10. The above derivatives provide good foundation for drug-forming properties of protein drug. |
