The device for producing microparticles has: a raw material supply part that supplies raw materials for the production of microparticles into the thermoplasma flame; a plasma flame generator that generates a thermoplasma flame inside and uses the raw material supplied by the raw material supply part to use the thermoplasma flame The mixture is evaporated to form a gas phase state; and a plasma generating part, which generates a thermal plasma flame inside the plasma flame generating device.
