abstract | The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a thermosetting mold release coating and a thermosetting mold release coating set that can be cured in a short time (for example, 1 minute at 80° C.) even at a lower temperature than before. A thermosetting release paint comprising: a melamine resin with a mononuclear body content of 80% by mass or more; at least one of a low molecular weight diol with a molecular weight of less than 100 and a low molecular weight triol with a molecular weight of less than 100; At least one of a modified silicone resin having at least one functional group from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an epoxy group, an amine group, and a mercapto group, and a fluororesin containing the functional group; and an acid catalyst.
