Detection method of microorganisms in blood samples |
abstract |
The object of the present invention is to provide a method that is excellent in simplicity or rapidity and can detect microorganisms in a blood sample with high accuracy.nIf a method including the following steps (a) to (c) in sequence is used, it can be detected with high accuracy whether the following subjects are infected by specific microorganisms: Step (a), which is to collect from the subjects The culture of the blood sample is centrifuged at a relative centrifugal force of about 213 xg for about 1 minute to separate into the supernatant fraction and the sediment fraction; step (b), which is obtained from step (a) The clear liquid component obtains the microbial component; and step (c), which uses a mass analyzer to analyze whether the microbial component contains microorganisms. |
