The present invention relates to a compound (shown in formula I) as an inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR4), a pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method, and use thereof in the treatment of FGFR4-mediated diseases. The compound of the present invention plays a role by participating in the regulation of multiple processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and angiogenesis. |
