The present invention provides an immune inducer and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The immune inducer contains a polynucleotide/peptide conjugate as an effective ingredient, and the polynucleotide/peptide conjugate is a monomer containing a CpG motif. The chain polynucleotide or polynucleotide derivative and the antigenic peptide are bound via a spacer, which is covalently bound to the polynucleotide or polynucleotide derivative on one end and has an antigen on the other end. Sexual peptides are covalently bound. |
