titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition for foam molding and its foam molded body |
abstract | The invention is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition for foam molding, which contains a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) as a main component, and the thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) is composed of a hard segment and a soft segment. The hard segment is composed of a polyester having an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and an aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol component as constituent components, and the soft segment is composed of an aliphatic polyether. The carboxylic acid component is composed of terephthalic acid (a1) and at least one dicarboxylic acid (a2) other than terephthalic acid, and the proportion of (a2) in all aromatic dicarboxylic acid components is 0.1 to 50 mol% The content of the soft segment is 20 to 80% by mass, and the melt tension at the melting point + 10°C is 0.1 to 45cN; it is possible to stably manufacture a lightweight foam with high impact absorption and excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties. |
