The present invention provides a hydrogel comprising 250 parts by weight of polyurethane and 1-5 parts by weight of chitosan. The hydrogel can be used to prepare dressing substrates. The preparation method of the hydrogel is to first dissolve the polyhydric alcohol and isophorone diisocyanate in an organic solvent and mix, then add dihydroxymethylpropionic acid and polyhydric alcohol to mix and react together, and then add aminotriethyl Oxysilane, alkaline neutralizer and water are mixed together to emulsify and form an emulsion, and the organic solvent in the emulsion is removed to obtain waterborne polyurethane. Finally, the waterborne polyurethane and chitosan are mixed to form a hydrogel. The hydrogel solves the problem that when the conventional liquid OK is applied on the wound, the wound will irritate the wound and make the user feel tingling. |
