abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing o-phenyl phenoxyalkyl acrylate, comprising: transesterifing acrylate compound with biphenyl alcohol compound without solvent in the presence of catalyst and polymerization inhibitor to prepare the o-phenyl phenoxyalkyl acrylate of formula (II); wherein the catalyst is a compound containing tin element or titanium element. According to the method of present invention, the o-phenyl phenoxyalkyl acrylate having transparency and high refractive index can be obtained. The method of present invention characterized by high conversion rate, high selectivity, and free of any organic solvent in the reaction could reduce the cost of producing and enhance the value of the industrial application. |
