abstract | An organic soap manufacturing process, its steps including : fermentation step, it step used the herbaceous plant combine given microorganism for fermentation and get the fermentation liquid; extraction step, it step used freezing and extraction for fermentation liquid, and reduces water of fermentation liquid while get the extracting plants of molecular solution ; mixing step, it step used oil mixed sodium hydroxide by saponifiable value of proportion and mixed water and to stir, and then add the extracting plants of molecular solution after it become thick continue stir well and get the soap liquid; filling step, it step filled soap liquid in the mould; standing step, it step standing more than forty five days , then waiting the soap liquid become solidification and complete saponifiable to form the soap piece; cutting step, it step cut the soap piece and get the finished product. Hereby, provided about the organic soap manufacturing process, it means make the organic soap of the natural materials to manufacturing method. This invention means reduce the alkaline substance and have gentle cleaning efficacy. |
