A method for manufacturing high heat-resistant and scratch-resistant water-based polyurethane, which is modified by acrylate grafting to improve the mechanical strength and water resistance of water-based polyurethane. In particular, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA), Methyl methacrylate (MMA), ethyl acrylate (EA), acrylic acid (AA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) to dilute the polyurethane prepolymer, As a result, the prepolymer has a good dispersion effect, and further adding water-based bridging agent and cellulose nanofiber to the water-based polyurethane can produce water-based polyurethane with enhanced heat resistance and scratch resistance. |
