titleOfInvention | Environmental protection artificial leather and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | A method for manufacturing an environmental friendly artificial leather includes conducting a wetting step, conducting a melting step, conducting a combining step and conducting a water removal step. In the wetting step, a substrate is contacted with water, so that the substrate contains water. In the melting step, an irreversible solvent-free polyurethane is heated to form a molten irreversible solvent-free polyurethane. In the combining step, the molten irreversible solvent-free polyurethane is contacted with a surface of the substrate. In the water removal step, the remaining water of the substrate is removed so as to obtain the environmental friendly artificial leather. As such, there is no need for adhesive between a foam resin made by the irreversible solvent-free polyurethane and the substrate, and it is favorable for continuous process. |
