The present invention relates to a food and drink that contains (a) a sweet substance that reacts with a taste-related molecule other than the sweet taste receptor T1R2/T1R3, (b) a sodium source, and (c) exists in the natural world. For a high-sweetness sweet substance of taste quality, the amount of the component (b) when calculated as sodium is 11.5 to 46 mg/100 ml, and the amount of the component (c) is a sweetness threshold (Sweetness threshold) or more. |
