Solid-state imaging element and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
The solid-state imaging element of the present disclosure includes a plurality of pixels each having a photoelectric conversion element and arranged along a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction; and a microlens provided at each of the pixels. The light incident side of the photoelectric conversion element includes a lens portion each having a lens shape and contacting the pixels adjacent to each other in the first direction and the second direction, and an inorganic film covering the lens portion; The microlens includes: a first concave portion provided between the pixels adjacent to each other in the first direction and the second direction; and a second concave portion provided in the first direction and intersecting the second direction. The pixels adjacent to each other in the third direction are disposed closer to the photoelectric conversion element than the first concave portion. |
