titleOfInvention Substrate and substrate cutting method of touch panel
abstract A method for cutting a substrate of a touch panel includes the following steps. A substrate is provided. The surface of the substrate is defined with at least one visible area and at least one peripheral area. The peripheral area is disposed on the outside of the visible area. The boundary of the peripheral area away from the visible area is defined as an outer boundary of the peripheral area. Layer, at least in the surrounding area, wherein the decorative layer has an outer edge corresponding to the outer boundary. A laser trimming process is performed on the outer edge of the decoration layer, and a part of the decoration layer is removed to flatten the outer edge of the decoration layer and expose a part of the substrate surface outside the outer boundary. A cutting process is performed on the substrate along the outer boundary, so that a part of the substrate including the peripheral region and the visible region and a part of the substrate outside the peripheral region are separated from each other.
