A laminated body having at least a heat-sensitive adhesive layer, a base material layer, and a protective layer in this order is characterized in that the base material layer has a thermoplastic resin film, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer contains high-grade fatty ammonium amine, and the protective layer contains polysilicon Oxygen release agent. An in-mold label is composed of this laminated body. A formed body is made by attaching an in-mold label. A roll-shaped in-mold label is formed by winding the in-mold label.
