titleOfInvention | Rubber composite structure and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a rubber composite structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The rubber composite structure includes a base cloth and two transparent rubber layers respectively disposed on two opposite surfaces of the base cloth. The transparent rubber layer is formed of a rubber composition, and the rubber composition includes 100 parts by weight of a main rubber, 30 to 50 parts by weight of a reinforcing agent, 5 to 15 parts by weight of a luminous material, and 5 to 10 parts by weight of a bridging agent. And 1 to 3 parts by weight of stearic acid. The transparent rubber layer of the rubber composite structure disclosed in the present invention is transparent and includes a fluorescent material. In this way, it can absorb light and heat energy at night to emit light, thereby achieving the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction. |
