And the detection area forms a plurality of silicon nano pillars of a predetermined height; a first insulation layer and a second insulation layer are formed in the first area and a second area respectively; and a first electrode and a A second electrode is formed on the first insulating layer and a second insulating layer, respectively, and the first electrode extends a plurality of parallel and equidistant long electrodes toward the detection area, and the second electrode faces the detection area. A plurality of parallel and equidistant strip electrodes are extended, and the strip electrodes of the first electrode and the second electrode are parallel and staggered to each other. The invention further provides a method for manufacturing a malachite green quick sieve wafer and a method for detecting a malachite green concentration. |
