abstract | The present invention provides a resin composition that is excellent in resolution, sensitivity, and the like during long-term storage. The at least two-component alkaline developing type photocurable thermosetting resin composition of the present invention contains at least an alkali-soluble resin, a photopolymerization initiator having an oxime bond, a reactive diluent, a thermosetting resin, and a solvent. The curable thermosetting resin composition contains a photopolymerization initiator having an oxime bond in a composition different from the alkali-soluble resin, and further contains 50% of a solvent-based solvent in which the photopolymerization initiator having an oxime bond is blended A ketone-based solvent of at least mass%. |
