titleOfInvention | Culture bag for culturing microorganisms |
abstract | The invention discloses a culture bag assembly for culturing microorganisms, fungi and other organisms. The bag includes a bag, the bag has first and second walls, and the first and second walls are connected along side edges to define a use Inside the bag containing the food substrate and the organism to be cultured. At least one of the first and second walls is made of a layer of water-steam permeable material to allow water vapor to pass therethrough. The bag wall covering layer formed by the gas-impermeable layer is detachably coupled to the bag. The cover layer covers the water-steam permeable material layer to prevent gas from passing therethrough. The bag wall covering layer has an opening, and the opening is covered with a gas filter patch to allow oxygen and carbon dioxide gas to be discharged to the ambient air through the gas filter patch or into the bag from the ambient air to promote the organisms in the bag. Nurture. The bag wall covering can be removed from the bag to allow water vapor to pass through the water-vapor permeable material layer into the ambient air to promote drying of the bag contents after the incubation is complete. |
