titleOfInvention Secondary pulsation method in a state period
abstract Exposing a method of achieving a secondary pulsation during a state. The method includes receiving a clock signal having two states from a clock source, and generating a pulse signal from the clock signal. The pulsation signal has a plurality of states in one of the states. The plurality of states alternate with respect to each other at a frequency greater than one of the states. The method includes providing the pulsation signal to control a power of a radio frequency (RF) signal generated by an RF generator. The power is controlled to synchronize with the pulsating signal.
