The present invention relates to an isolated T-cell receptor (TCR) specific to NY-ESO-1 / LAGE-1 and a polypeptide comprising a functional portion of the TCR. The invention further relates to a multivalent TCR complex, a nucleic acid encoding a TCR, a cell expressing the TCR, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the TCR. The invention also relates to the use of the TCR as a medicament, especially the use of the TCR for the treatment of cancer. |
