The invention discloses a method and a device for implanting a transvascular artificial chordae. Advance the catheter into the left atrium. From the atrium side, the catheter can be anchored to the upper surface of the mitral valve leaflet and the leaflet anchor can be advanced into the mitral valve leaflet to stabilize the mitral valve leaflet to the leaflet suture. The ventricular anchor is anchored to the wall of the ventricle to secure the ventricular wall to the ventricular suture. A suture lock can be used to tighten and connect the leaflet suture with the ventricular suture to form an artificial cord. |
