abstract |
The invention provides a liquid enzyme formulation, an enzyme granule preparation, and a method for manufacturing enzyme granules using a fluidized bed dryer, wherein the enzyme granules have thermal stability without a thermally stable coating. These enzyme granules are used for the manufacture of phytase granules for animal feed. The phytase granules are thermally stable without a heat-stable coating, and the phytase retains its activity after granulation at 80 ° C 63% to about 134%. |
