abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a pulse signal output circuit capable of stable operation, and a shift register including the pulse signal output circuit. The pulse signal output circuit according to an embodiment of the disclosed invention includes first to tenth transistors. The ratio W / L of the channel width W of the first transistor to the channel length L and the W / L of the third transistor are each greater than the W / L of the sixth transistor. The W / L of the fifth transistor is greater than the W / L of the sixth transistor. The W / L of the fifth transistor is equal to the W / L of the seventh transistor. The W / L of the third transistor is greater than the W / L of the fourth transistor. Based on these structures, a pulse signal output circuit capable of stable operation and a shift register including the pulse signal output circuit can be provided. |
