abstract |
In particular, the present invention provides a method for treating solid tumors by administering an effective amount of a chemoattractant receptor 2 (CCR2) antagonist. The present invention also provides a method for reducing the number of macrophages in the microenvironment of solid tumors, which method comprises administering an effective amount of a chemoattractant receptor 2 (CCR2) antagonist. In another aspect, the present invention further provides a method of increasing the number of CD8 + T cells in the microenvironment of a solid tumor, the method comprising administering an effective amount of a chemotactic receptor 2 (CCR2) antagonist.
